*In order to benefit from the ESGO Membership reduced rate, membership for 2019 must be valid and paid before September 30, 2019.

Registration Guidelines

Please log in or create a profile here, then click on the tab “group registration”. First step is to select a package of registration tickets to purchase (please click on “buy contingent” for the required amount of registrations and printed congress programmes if needed). You will receive a confirmation / invoice by email.

Payment can be done either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or bank transfer. A different invoice address can be added separately.

 

Individual participant’s data can be entered under “add participants”. Please note that an individual email address for each participant is required (certificate of attendance). Once the entry of participant data is completed, the tickets (registration fees, printed congress programme, etc) can be allocated to individual participants (click on “Distribution” to allocate the tickets).

The following statistical questions are mandatory to answer for each participant during registration:

The data must be completed by 09 July 2019 to guarantee the lower registration fees. Should you not use the full contingent until this deadline, the higher fees will apply automatically.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • The fees minus an administrative charge of 25% will be refunded for cancellations before and including 2 October 2019. After this deadline, no refund policy will be in effect.
  • No refund on cancellations after 2 October 2019
  • For any change of names, a fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged

 

Group Pick-Up

The opportunity of picking up the documents for your group in advance will be offered to facilitate the pre-registration procedure. In order to arrange your pick-up time, you will be contacted 3-4 weeks prior to the congress.
