Copenhagen Public Transportation Pass

We’re pleased to demonstrate our commitment to sustainability while supporting a more affordable way to get to the Congress venue.

With the support of the Copenhagen Convention Bureau and the Copenhagen Metro Service "DOT" (Din Offentlige Transport), we will be offering all Congress delegates free and discounted public transport passes which can be used for the duration of ESGO 2026.

The ESGO 2026 Congress venue is well situated with its own metro station “Bella Center”, less than 20 minutes from the centre of Copenhagen or the airport – so we strongly encourage you to use public transport to commute to the venue.

The weblink for purchasing a discounted Travel Pass will be available from February 13, 2026. Keep an eye out for an email with the free and discount codes in the meantime.

The cost is 36 DKK per day (approx. 4.80 EUR), saving 80% on an equivalent full-price ticket.

If you require a Travel Pass for split dates (e.g. only the first and last day of the Congress), two separate tickets must be purchased.

  • Travelers can print the ticket or show the ticket on their smartphone.
  • The email constitutes your receipt. Your receipt cannot be used as a ticket.

  • The Travel Pass is valid from the start time printed on your ticket and requires no activation or validation.
