ESGO 2027: Childcare Services
ESGO fully supports working parents, and is delighted to offer complimentary childcare at the congress venue to all ESGO 2027 registered delegates.
This means that you can fully enjoy the ESGO 2027 Congress experience, knowing that your little ones are well looked after. We believe that providing this support fosters an inclusive environment for all delegates.
This service is funded by ESGO and is free of charge for congress delegates.
Children from 2-12 years of age are welcome.
Places are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. To be considered for childcare places, registrations must be submitted before the deadline on February 11, 2027.
Experienced and certified childcare providers will look after your beloved child in a dedicated area at the congress venue, designed for children with toys, games, and other equipment, such as a changing table. Age-appropriate activities will be organised as well.
During the day, a drinking regime will be followed. Please provide your child with a bottle and some snacks and anything specific that your child may need.
Children may stay for up to a maximum of 4 hours at any one time. Parents must take their children out of the setting for food and fresh air and are welcome to return to the site after 1 hour.
Furthermore, parents are advised that the childcare service does not include accident or third-party liability insurance, so we recommend that parents obtain travel insurance for their children for the duration of their stay.
How to register for childcare services?
Parents are kindly requested to pre-book childcare places in advance via Nipperbout’s Online Registration System.
Childcare services are available during morning and afternoon slots, running parallel with the congress schedule.
