All proceeds from the ESGO Run & Walk are donated to a project
selected by ENGAGe to support gynaecological cancer awareness and advocacy.
In 2026, the Quality of Life project was supported.
Quality of Life is one of the most important (and still most underestimated) aspects of cancer care. At ENGAGe, we're working to change that: for example through our psycho-oncology brochures that support patients through the emotional side of their pathway, and through the ENGAGe DAISY Study, our international quality of life survey launching in October 2026.
This February, registration fees from the ESGO Run went directly towards this work. Whatever brought each runner to the start line, every step also helped bring us closer to a future where patients don't just survive gynaecological cancer, but truly live well.
