To qualify for the discounted member rate, your 2027 ESGO membership must be active and fully paid. Please note that membership renewals and new applications will open in mid-October 2026.
If you have newly registered or paid for your ESGO membership, the system will not immediately recognise your member status for the Congress. Please wait at least 5 working days after paying your membership fee before attempting to register for the Congress.
(3) Trainee Registration: Applies to all physicians currently undergoing training in gynaecological oncology (or related specialties) in a temporary position.
(4) Country Tiers: Member registration fees are based on World Bank classifications:
Country List A: Upper-middle-income economies
Country List B: Low and lower-middle-income economies
(5) Industry Registration: This fee applies strictly to representatives from sponsoring or exhibiting companies. All other registration tiers are reserved exclusively for healthcare professionals.
(6) Press Registration: Available to accredited media representatives. Valid for the full duration of the congress, this category includes access to all session halls, the exhibition area, and refreshments, as well as a pre-congress press kit and press release.

(2) Status Verification: An official verification letter from your institution (in PDF format), bearing the original stamp and signature of the Head of Department, must be uploaded during the registration process to confirm your eligibility for this rate.
(3) Trainee Registration: Applies to all physicians currently undergoing training in gynaecological oncology (or related specialties) in a temporary position. To secure this rate, an official letter from your institution (in PDF format), signed and stamped by the Head of Department confirming your status, must be uploaded during registration.
(4) Country Tiers: Registration fees are determined by the World Bank classifications:
Country List A: Upper-middle-income economies
Country List B: Low and lower-middle-income economies
(5) Industry Registration: This fee applies strictly to corporate and company representatives. All other registration categories are reserved exclusively for healthcare professionals.
(6) Press Registration: Valid for the full duration of the congress. This category includes access to all session halls, the exhibition area, and refreshments, as well as a pre-congress press kit and official press releases.
(7) Exhibition Visitor Badge: This badge grants access exclusively to the exhibition hall. It strictly excludes entry to any scientific sessions, or other official congress events.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations requests must be made in writing before the deadlines below to the Registration department of the Congress Secretariat at reg_esgo27@kenes.com.
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- Cancellations received prior to December 17, 2026 will receive a full refund, less a 50 € administration fee.
- Cancellations received from December 18, 2026 until February 4, 2027 will receive 50% refund.
- No refund on cancellations received on and after February 5, 2027.
- If you are not able to attend in person, you can switch your registration fee to that online. Please notify the Congress Secretariat at

Badge reprint
On-site, for the re-printing of forgotten/lost/stolen badges, 20 € incl. VAT will be charged.

Payment methods
Once you have completed your registration, you may choose the method of payment. We preferably accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), if necessary bank transfer payments can be accepted until February 11, 2027.
Payments can be made in Euros currency only. Credit card statements will show the vendor/merchant as Kenes and will show the amount in Euros.
Bank transfer must arrive within 5 days from the date of registration and in any case before the expiry date of the selected rate. If payment is made after the deadline for the selected rate, the registration fee will be automatically updated and a supplementary payment will be required.

Once payment has been confirmed, a summary of the registration will be sent to you via email.
Bank fees are to be paid by the sender and added to the total amount of the registration.

Passport and visa
All international visitors travelling to the UK (except British and Irish citizens) need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) or a visa, before travelling to the UK, and travel with a valid passport.
Visitors to the UK need to apply online for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) for short stays, including EU, EEA and Swiss citizens. It costs £20 to apply at GOV.UK website. A confirmation is received within 3 working days. The ETA is linked to your passport and lasts 2 years or to the expiry of your passport, whatever comes first.
Visitors from non-European countries may require a visa to visit the UK. To find out whether you need a visa and how to apply, see the UK Visas and Immigration website or check with your local British Embassy or other diplomatic representative before you travel.
Attendees are solely responsible for arranging their own visa or ETA requirements for entry into the UK. If you require a visa or ETA, please ensure you allow ample time for the application process, including obtaining any necessary documentation as the process can take up to 20 working days. We strongly recommend contacting your nearest UK embassy or consulate as early as possible to determine the specific timing and requirements for your application.
The organisers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration and fee have been received. It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants obtaining a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the congress organisers to provide any financial support. You may request such a letter during the online registration process.
The Invitation letter implies no obligation by the Organisers to cover registration fees, accommodation, travel expenses or any other costs connected with participation in the meeting.
