The upcoming ESGO Congress key dates include important deadlines for abstract submissions and reduced registration rates.

– Abstract submission

(Oral, Poster & Surgical Video) incl. place holders for LBA
  • Abstract Submission Deadline Extended*: May 15, 2023
  • Notification to authors of accepted abstracts: July 1, 2023
  • Late breaking abstract submission deadline**: August 7, 2023.

** Only submitters of the preliminary place holder abstract will be able to submit the final updated data and results during the Late-Breaking Abstract submission opening in July, 2023.

– Registration

  • Registration opens in March 2023.
  • Early Bird Rates end on July 10, 2023.
  • Standard Rates end on September 10, 2023.

– ESGO Exam held at the Congress

  • Registration opens in April 2023
  • Applications close on August 31, 2023.

– ESGO Congress

  • September 28-October 1, 2023, in Istanbul, Türkiye

– Pre & Post Congress Workshops

  • On Thursday, September 28, 2023 at congress venue.
  • On Sunday, October 1, 2023 at congress venue.
